Upon check in I asked about the restaurant and bar that was clearly advertised as being open one sign said 1 pm the other said 4pm the girl informed me it wasn’t open and when I asked why she was very short and rude. The rooms are very old for a 4 year old hotel the paint is peeling the bathroom toilet barely worked. The breakfast was very generic and kind of sad for a boutique hotel I guess I just expected more. Valet is $35 and they seem to expect a tip so plan on paying $50 for parking all in all I travel a couple times a month and will not recommend this place to stay.

    Horrible Customer Service

STAFF Valet staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and always greeted me warmly, even when my car had already been parked and I had walked to get dinner; Front desk staff was indifferent when I checked in and did not smile once, except for the woman who checked me out at the end of my stay (I should note, that I did not complain about a single thing my entire stay, so it's not like I had stressed them out or anything) THE ROOM Bed was motel-mediocre at best. Water pressure in the shower was weak and it looked like a motel shower curtain Remote control for the TV was not the same control as described via the on-screen guide (so I had to figure out what channels were what via my phone). Little thing, of course, but those add up. THE PROBLEM Nowhere in my room did it state a charge for water (I've always been given complimentary bottled water in previous hotel rooms). Only after I called to inquire about a charge to my card I didn't recognize was I made aware. When I mentioned there was nothing in the room stating charges for water the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and spoke in a condescending tone. I hadn't even asked for a refund! I simply stated there was nothing in the room stating a charge for water. The woman snapped at me "I'm not going to refund you $12 for water". I usually only write reviews for phenomenal stays or horrible stays. Since it was just "meh" I wasn't going to say anything. But after this? Bad customer service should always be stated.

    Pretty good location

The rooms were a little dirty, we found used toothpicks on the floor in the bedroom, the hotel staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. A bottle of water is 6.00 Be aware the only parking is valet at 34.95 a day.

Don’t judge a book by its cover

Valet parking is the only option for parking at the hotel, there is a lot right across the street for less. Not the greatest looking place on the outside but as soon as you walk in, it’s everything you want a d need.

    Convenient spot

Pretty plain accommodation in a good spot to access, Vanderbilt, Belmont or the scene downtown. Walking distance from about anything you need if you don’t mind walking.

Wasn't expecting to have only valet or street parking as parking options. Good options for a covid breakfast.

Great place to stay not far from Broadway!

Casey the bartender is wonderful! She made it a point to learn all our names and was so fun and entertaining.

    Great hotel

Super cute hotel, easy to get to and very clean and safe. Just a quick overnight stay while passing thru on my cross country drive. My little dog was welcome, had a nice continental breakfast and a very convenient bar in the lobby. Best part was a luggage cart, which sounds funny, but was so helpful!! Would def stay here again!
