I’m pissed
When we arrived on Nov 29, which was my birthday everyone and everything was great. I got to my room it was cold the heating system wasn’t working so I called downstairs. They sent up the front desk clerk who tried to convince us that it was hot in the room. Then he told us he could move us, but it probably would be the Sam way in the other room. So I said I wasn’t moving. Went downstairs to get blanks to cover the heater still it was cold. About 1245am I went back downstairs spoke with the General Manager he came up and tried to do what he could but it was still cold. He removed the face of the heating unit plug in the until and the heater starts to work slow. He asked us did we want to move! My sister said it’s 1am and we are in the bed no we are not moving. He assured us that we would be moving to another room in the morning. He left the system on 72 degrees still blowing out cold air. It wasn’t until I put the heat on 97 degrees that the heat started to come out! We never received a call to be move. I received texts asking how was my stay and still no one said they were moving us.He assured me that I was going to get a discount on my stay. Walking away still paying $400.46 to sleep in the cold and receiving constant lies was ridiculous on my birthday! At check in I was assured that the rooms were renovated. I will never stay at this hotel ever again! When I check out on Sunday the receptionist was nasty as well.
