Roligt og hyggeligt lille hotel
Lille hyggeligt hotel med rigtig god atmosfære. Værelset med badeværelse var dejligt stort og rummeligt. Gode parkeringsforhold som er vigtigt i området. Morgenmad var ok. Meget venligt personale. Lækker pool område og restaurant var også hyggelig. Vi oplevede desværre et meget larmende aircondition. Restaurant var lukket et par aftener pga personalemangel. Hotellet er lidt slidt men fantastiske omgivelser.

Great Lake vista from the Lake view rooms
This small Hotel with 16 rooms is about 100 meters uphill from the main lake side road SS340. Which gives it a splendid view over the Lake Como the lake side rooms. The Hotel is easily accessible by car and has a parking on site. For dinner you have off-site chooses on the main highway SS340. Overall, a nice Hotel with a Pool area and Tennis court. Easy walking distance to Villa Carlotta ca. 20 minutes. The Tremezzo Ferry Pier is ca 15 minutes away and the Villa del Balbianello is a 45 minutes walk away

Le problème de réservation avec un booker comme expedia ou autres c est que les hôtels vous revendent les plus mauvaises chambres qu ils n arrivent pas à placer aux clients sur places. Dommage car c est un bel établissement mais la chambre était vraiment moyenne pas de vue petite salle de bain des pales au plafond qui brasse de l air chaud et un bruit infernal le latin à latrines de 7h . Proposer des chambres dans l annexe beaucoup plus calme.

Plusieurs points négatifs, je serais précis car très mécontent de ce qui m'est arrivé. -l'accueil d'une partie des membres de l'hôtel fut déplorable, difficile d'obtenir un sourire ou un bonjour -pas une seul fois on ne m'a demandé si je passais un bon séjour ou si tout allait bien -au moment de payer la facture pas une formule de politesse -pas de climatisation dans les chambre (cela était inscrit dans l'annonce, mais pour un hotel qui se présente comme 3 étoiles dans une région assez chaude c'est difficile à concevoir) -absence totale d'insonorité dans les chambres, depuis 4/5heure du matin on entend la femme de ménage qui commence son service et jusqu'à tard le soir nous entendons tout ce qu'il se passe dans les autres chambres -le petit déjeuné commence à 8h, ce qui est tard pour prévoir des activités dans la fraicheur du matin tel que la randonnée ou la bicyclette (activités en vogue du coin) -je n'ai pas apprécié que le premier matin ou je suis allé au petit déjeuné à 7h30 on m'ait renvoyé d'un ton sec en me disant que c'était à 8h mais d'autres clients ont été servi à 7h40 (service à la tête du client donc) -wifi fonctionne mal -mauvais rapport qualité prix En conclusion je déconseillerai cet hôtel ou je n'ai pas été satisfait.

Stunning view over Lake from hilltop. Was a bit of a climb but well worth it. Owners/staff very friendly. Grounds and pool area are beautiful. Only downside was our room was very small and had no balcony or air conditioning... the roof fan wasn’t quite enough in the heatwave.
