Great service and perfect location
This hotel was great! It was nice, clean, very friendly staff, and a perfect location. We walked all over downtown and Miracle Mile. If we come back to Chicago we will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay
Great hotel and staff. Convenient location. Be aware that if you purchase breakfast on you’re only getting the continental breakfast.

Wonderful room. Spacious and comfortable. We were happy to spend hours in the room rather than go out. Perhaps the nicest hotel room we've ever stayed in.

Hard to beat in location and value
Conrad is a very under appreciated hotel right on Michigan Avenue. The rooms are very modern and nicely decorated. Comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is the middle of everything. I have stayed at many hotels in Chicago and this ranks amongst the top 3 in the 4 stars category. Would definitely come back again. The only issue I have would be the shower water pressure. But this problem is common with almost all except the Langham.

Great! Valet parking, however, is not on site. It’s a few blocks away, so someone will be driving your vehicle in Chicago traffic to and from. Takes about 15 min. Other than that, great place to stay!!!

Very Good 8.0
Only ok
Nice room by appearance, but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed was also uncomfortable - we both kept sinking in to the middle of the bed.

Perfect spot on Michigan Ave.
What a fantastic place! Rooms are good sized, the staff rocks, and the location can’t be beat. We were very pleased with the daily breakfast as well as all the staff who were so very very friendly. We will stay here again for sure. Be aware it’s $70/night to park your car!

Holiday in the City
A holiday overnight in the city. Our favorite place to stay was booked solid. I did some research, noticing there were recent renovations and positive reviews. The location is steps from Michigan Ave. and the new five story Starbucks (not a highlight necessarily, simply an fyi). The staff were genuine and lovely. The space was cool and classy. Warm tones and art made it feel chic. Slept very well.
