Great location but some updates are needed. Wifi kept kicking us off, the faucet to the tub fell off at one point and there's only USB plugs on one side of the bed. It's a fine enough hotel but pretty expensive for the quality.

Staff was amazing! Justin door man on Saturday 7/11 was very helpful and incredibly friendly!: Front desk staff went above and beyond, especially morning and daytime/ evening crew on 7/11. Told them my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it incredibly special, as did the staff at Winnies and the Rooftop Bar. Winnie's Bartender on Saturday night 7/11 was amazing, and the Tuna and Portobello appetizers and the Salmon was top notch and 5 star quality. Live music was intimate and great, although we could've gone without the hefty music fee, that was disappointing. It was especially suprising and a future deterrent as guests of the hotel and diners, we ordered enough drinks and food to more than cover any cost for music. Parking garage was incredibly convenient and a huge bonus for a city hotel, but getting our car out the next day took too long due to only 1 attendant working. Highly recommend for all travelers as well as locals!

this is my 4th time in the hotel. we always love it here. comfy large rooms. hardwood floors. excellent bedding. if you are sensitive to noise ask for rooms that face 38 steret NOT 6ave ( that was loud). great jazz downstairs. We eat out including breakfast so many places around ( hotel food is not great). Super central I am always picky and this hotel is great!

We would have liked to be able to go to the rooftop but were unable to get a reservation until 9pm. Perhaps consideration could be given to hotel guests. All in all a good stay. Will return.
