Julien at the front desk was so accomodating, and really made our stay special. The hotel also gave us some added perks as we were celebrating 3 60th birthdays. From the Breakfast staff, to the front desk staff to the doormen we felt extremely valued! Excellent hotel property when staying in NYC!!! Walkable to just about everything and away from the noise of Time Square. Thank you for a lovely stay!!!

10/10 Exceptional

The room was quiet and clean, the staff was extremely accomodating, and the location is walkable to everything! Room with 2 queen beds was small, but they offer a larger room but faces a busier street, so we opted for the quieter one.

Had an excellent stay, the staff were incredible and left me feeling like a queen. Will definitely stay there again! And the Le Labo products were a refreshing cherry on top.

The hotel is in a convenient location and staff is helpful. There is no exercise room. Room was comfortable but expensive for the quality.

10/10 Exceptional

The Refinery is my new favorite hotel in NYC. Great location, quiet, gorgeous rooms, helpful staff, etc. The hotel is close to Bryant Park and midway between uptown and downtown, making it easy to get to all the places I like to go such as Soho, Upper East Side, museums, etc. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and quiet. I didn’t use the amenities, but my son enjoyed the gym. Staff was friendly. It was a lovely experience.

Staff was very friendly. Convenient location. Environment and vibe was wonderful. The rooms had a beautiful theme but the floors we're noticeably in need of cleaning and the rug a little worn and sticky. I would stay there again.

Great design, huge room and welcoming staff. I thought it could be cleaner all around and things like carpets and paint and such were definitely in need of replacing/updating.

The hotel is located in a great central location, and the rooms themselves were very quiet. We loved everything about our stay here, the room was large for NYC, the staff was amazing and the restaurants were nice.

6/10 Good

A bit tired! Great location. Rooms are dark and not well laid out, wasted space with furniture arrangement. Bathroom layout and lighting is awful. Disappointing given that we paid extra for the room and while it may have been larger it was not useable space, a hallway! Sorry but won’t return or recommend.
