This hotel is wonderful, with a great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very clean rooms. The only downside was the cold jacuzzi—it should definitely be warm. Also, Cartagena is a lively city, so if you’re looking for quiet nights, keep in mind that there are parties and music in the streets until late. I chose not to stay in the Historic Center, but it was still difficult to fall asleep early because of the noise. Other than that, everything was great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A nota do hotel em todas as plataformas faz total sentido: minha estadia foi absolutamente perfeita! O hotel é lindo, limpo e super confortável. Eu amei meu quarto, a cama era maravilhosa, ótimo espaço, excelente chuveiro com água quente (apesar do calor de Cartagena, é bom ter água quente). Tudo exatamente como nas fotos. O café da manhã também é ótimo! O grande diferencial, sem dúvidas, é a equipe. Todos os colaboradores são extremamente simpáticos, prestativos e atenciosos. Me senti em casa do início ao fim! Deixo um agradecimento especial a todos, realmente foram todos incríveis! A localização é excelente, pertinho das ruas mais agitadas de Getsemaní e dá para ir a pé até o Centro Histórico. Apesar disso, a propriedade era bem silenciosa e privada. Para completar, a vista do terraço é linda demais. Fiquei encantada com tudo e recomendo de olhos fechados!

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é bem limpo e organizado. O quarto possuía uma cama grande, tomadas ao lado da cama, boa iluminação e dois armários. A única ressalva é a janela do banheiro do quarto 3205, que permite que os hóspedes do hotel de frente consigam ver por dentro do banheiro do quarto. Fora isso, nenhuma reclamação. Eles não têm frigobar dentro do quarto mas você pode guardar suas comidas e bebidas na geladeira da cozinha do hotel. Também tivemos o prazer de conhecer o Jimmy, que nos ajudou bastante com suas indicações de passeios pela cidade. Indicamos a hospedagem.

Tivemos uma experiência incrível no Voilá, a estrutura do hotel, funcionários e a localização ajudaram a tornar nossa estadia em Cartagena muito especial. Com o calor de Cartagena nada melhor que ter várias piscinas e os ofurôs para nos refrescar ao final dos passeios. Sem contar no rooftop com uma vista linda da cidade ao entardecer e com cadeiras para sol e os ofurôs. Café da manhã preparado pela funcionária Isaura com todo carinho e variedade de frutas e opções. Jimmy nos auxiliou com muitas dicas da região, onde comer e sobre passeios. O hotel é muito bem localizado, a duas quadras do coração de Gestmani, com muitos restaurantes , bares e outros atrativos. Sem contar no charme de estar em um local cheio de história e muito bem conservado. O quarto era amplo e ficamos muito bem instalados. Recomendadíssimo!

nem sem por onde começar. Desde a chegada ate a saída foram momentos inesquecíveis nesse hotel. Tivemos um tratamento de rei e rainha. Comentamos que era nossa lua de mel, e a equipe do hotel fez, sem custos, um upgrade de quarto. A suíte jr é simplesmente indescritível, ampa, ar condicionado silencioso, banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro quente, uma cama king maravilhosa, sofá, uma tv de 65 polegadas. Nem queria sair do quarto rsrs. O café da manhã é maravilhoso feito pela chef Isaura que faz tudo com amor carinho tudo que é pedido. São 3 piscinas e 3 jacuzzis (no piso superior) O hotel fica a 700m do castelo e a poucos metros do bairro mais legal de Cartagena. O ambiente, o hall do hotel tudo harmonioso, limpíssimo e de bom gosto. eu estava com uma boa perspectiva do hotel antes de chegar, mas depois de tudo que aconteceu comigo, essa perspectiva foi elevada ao patamar máximo! Queria agradecer a todos da equipe do hotel Voilá Pedregal! Vocês fizeram a minha lua de mel ser incrível e inesquecível. Não vou citar nomes, porque esqueci o nome de algumas pessoas e não seria justo eu cometer esse erro. Esse hotel foi incrível e minha experiência nele vai ficar marcada até o fim da minha vida

Incroyable séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel à deux pas du centre ville de Carthagène, suffisamment à l’écart pour n’avoir aucun bruit la nuit et pourtant juste en face de la muraille pour le lever de soleil avec vue sur le château. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Felipe qui est aux petits soins et nous a beaucoup aidés à organiser nos activités. Propreté et confort au rendez-vous, petit déjeuner excellent avec spécialités qui changent tous les jours, je ne peux que recommander, allez y les yeux fermés !

Hotel Boutique, muito lindo, aconchegante, bem localizado, confortável, bairro histórico super movimentado, vida boa noturna, perto do Shopping; ficamus 6 noites e fomos muito bem tratados por todos os funcionários, dos quais distinguimos, Isaura, chefe de cozinha, Wendy, auxiliar da Isaura e Ingrid. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Nós sentimos como em casa. Como colaboração, sugerimos lixar as pedras das bordas das piscinas, um.pouco escorregadias. Vamos voltar, com certeza!

Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca . Es un excelente opcion para hospedarse al visitar cartagena
