Room was okay, but the comforter had a huge rip in it. The front desk guy was a bit off but we didn't have any troubles checking in. The waiter at the 5th floor bar was totally worthless. Brought us drinks, but no glass. Brought us food, but no utensils. Asked for a take-away box, but he never came back after we paid. Odd charges showing up now on my credit card for $20, $60, $10.01, and a few others.

Bar staff was supper friendly and very helpful as well. When it came to breakfast, they had lots of options which came in handy with my kids being picky eaters.
