Poor communications
We booked this hotel as a better option than our previous after Ironman race, however when we wanted to add some nights we didn’t get a response from
The hotel, I called and the reservations team stated it would be ok and some e will call me but this didn’t happen, upon arrival
We were advised that they were fully booked so no extra nights were possible. They says they didn’t see the messages on the system but we did this through hotels.com messaging. It means we had to find another hotel for our additional two nights. Whilst at the hotel you notice that some areas are in need of updating and the room keys are a nightmare I had to go back to reception on every occasion to sort it out.
