Very good location. Very helpful and courteous staff especially Saleh was outstanding and sweet. Front counter staff was great too. Hotel location is very good. Now what’s not great. Loud music coming from downstair night club keeps you awake all night. There were small roaches in the room. Check was delayed as room was not ready .

The hotel was very poor, and I do not recommend booking a room here. The management was also uncooperative. On the first day, I found a cockroach in my room and showed the photo to the front desk, but they did not take the issue seriously. I requested to cancel my stay, but they told me that because the booking was made through Hotels.com, they could not process the cancellation. As a result, I was forced to stay in the room for two more nights despite the unsanitary conditions.

They are a bunch of thieves. I accidentally reserved two hotels for the same night and I immediately (within minutes) reached out to Expedia trying to resolve this but the hotel would not accept a refund, even in spite of Expedias best efforts. This model of doing business that puts money first and the customer last is aggressive, demoralizing and plain crooked and shady.

Sehr alt und dreckig. Ich hab mich nur mit Badeschlappen getraut zu duschen. Außerdem fühlt man sich in der Gegend nicht sehr sicher. Ein Inder hat auch mitten in der Nacht angefangen bei mir am Zimmer zu klopfen und zu klingeln. Außerdem konnte ich den Fernseher vom anderen Zimmer klar durchhören. Nie wieder.

Room was spacious, staff where so wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is possible If paid for. Highly rate this hotel both for being affordable and enjoyable. Short walk to metro Staff where amazing truly impressed with how professional and respectful they where. We loved our trip and are very thankful. Stayed for 4 days.
