This is a lovely hotel with amazing views or the beach and resort area. It has been updated recently and there is still some work going on but it did not affect us. What makes this hotel is the staff, from Usef on reception, Amed in Exec lounge to Jabed and Sharon on Exec pool all going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would have liked to have more choice food wise but I would definitely come back to see the staff. Buggie guys are top draw aswell. Miss them all

I had asked repeatedly about a handicap accessible room and upon arriving the Front Desk did not make any attempt to give me a handicap accessible room. The $2000 room per night that I was given had a musty damp 2nd bathroom and the sofas were muddy. In fact the dust made me fall sick by the end of the trip. When I insisted upon talking to the GM, I was taken aside by the floor manager and I was told that they would send me goodies and wine to make up for the bad experience which of course never arrived. I was paying full price as I didnt have kids but an aged parent and the Front desk really really let me down. Nightmare compared to the first time I had visited when it was off season. I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world like Ciragan Palace and the Ritz so maybe my standards are high. I must say though that concierge and room service are excellent and overall outside of the Front Desk rest of the staff are really really nice!
