Avoid if you want a quiet classy hotel
First and foremost if you're a couple who likes low key and quiet this is NOT the hotel for you. It was loud and obnoxious and had naked women all over the lobby let alone filled with "lady's of the night". Avoid if you have a family or young children for sure! We arrived after 3 days worth of flight cancelations and delays, we were exhausted. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room that we were very grateful for. However more than anything we wanted a clean room. The room was dirty, the couch was white or was supposed to be white, the room had a smell to it and further I had to kill a few spiders. They refused to give us a refund and made us wait 2.5 hours before giving us another room (a room that was very much DEEP cleaned before giving it to us). We thought maybe we're being ungrateful and we're just exhausted after traveling for 3 days and we should sleep it off. The next day we take a shower and the whole bathroom floods and is just a mess. I'd assume since everyone is drunk they don't really care much about a clean room. Further when checking out they had charged a bunch of alcohol from the mini bar which we didn't even touch.

No respect for privacy, their staff act like FBI.
Check-in was great. I left my phone in the taxi and the security guy in front of the hotel door helped me to get my phone back. After I checked in my room, 30 mins later a hotel staff knocked on my door and said he would like to refill the snack bar and had a small pringles can in his hand. I told him to go ahead. After about 1 hour, another staff knocked at my door and said if I needed extra towels. I told him I just checked into the room and don't need it. A little bit later, I get a phone call from a hotel staff asking me if there are any water leaks in the bathroom. I told them none that I see. I peeked out the door peephole and I saw a hotel staff wandering around in front of my room. I asked him why are they spying on me. He made an excuse and said, "Oh, the next-door guest left without paying." What nonsense. Everyone pays via credit cards upon check-in and they charge a deposit also. I felt a violation of my privacy and I checked out the same day around 11 pm. What a waste of money.
