Very noisy although have to expect it due to location. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the people in the next room. Staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Second time staying at the hotel had both pool access, rooftop as well as the bottom pool the first 2 days. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Very basic hotel very run down. Breakfast very basic. Wifi terrible. When we went to checkout they checked the room and said I caused damage by a small amount of makeup on my pillow case and doona. Room was only ready 2 hours after the listed check in time (ready at 5 pm). Ants in room. Only one electrical outlet in the whole room behind the tv, none in bathroom or near the bed. Fitness room was broken. Worst part was the noise from a bar downstairs- extremely loud music and bass making the walls vibrate, and my room was on the 3rd and highest floor so the furthest away possible from the noise. So changing rooms would have made no difference. I checked out in the middle of the night on my first night because I couldn’t sleep. Of course they didn’t offer a refund. I said fine, I just want to leave. Then they tried to make me sign this weird form saying I won’t write a bad review and I said no I’m not signing that, I’m just leaving. They were yelling at me like I was some sort of criminal as I was leaving. Terrible experience
