"The staff were very approachable, help full and respectful. We did have problems with the window blinds as they were already broken so the ratchet was hard to either wind up or down. Breakfast was great value and also a great selection. The concierge and door staff were also great in looking after our luggage on early arrival and departure and arranged the taxi to the airport."
