I had a wonderful stay and felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Mehmet at reception greeted me on my first day and helped me check in smoothly. Ahmet at reception also went out of his way to help me sort out my safe and was always smiley and friendly.
The breakfast area was lovely, and Zehra was incredibly helpful. She even used her phone to help break the language barrier and assisted me with ordering my food, which I really appreciated.
Haci, the Spa Manager, was very bubbly and made sure guests were offered the best spa experiences and deals, including the Turkish bath, hot stone massage, sauna, and steam room.
Fitri gave me a fantastic Turkish bath, body massage, and facial treatment — very relaxing and professional.
Manager Emel was also amazing and kindly prepared a lemon, cinnamon, mint, and water drink to help with digestion after meals. Such a thoughtful touch!
The pool area was big, clean, and very relaxing. I also loved having a balcony with the room, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The room cleaners, chefs, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. There were also good shopping areas and restaurants nearby, which made the location even better.
Overall, the staff truly made this hotel special with their kindness and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travellers.
