Decumani Hotel De Charme
"This is a very charming building. The ac worked great. Spacious room. Bed was very firm. Was happy with the bathroom, although some hooks would be nice. Location is excellent can easily walk to restaurants, bars or sites. Breakfast was very nice & a good selection to start your day."
Hotel Matilde - Lifestyle Hotel
"This hotel was absolutely perfect for us! It’s just off the main drag, so you’re right in the middle of everything, but it’s also tucked away in a more private, almost secret spot with its own entrance, which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The hotel has such a cool, unexpected vibe. It almost feels like a speakeasy…you enter the building through a rugged, urban-looking space, and then as soon as you walk up the stairs and into the hotel lobby, you’re transported into this high-end, hip, artsy hotel. It was such a fun contrast and gave the place a really unique personality. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall, we had a great experience. One thing I definitely want to mention is the breakfast. It was REALLY good! We stayed at quite a few hotels throughout our time in Italy, and this hotel honestly had some of the best breakfast options and food of the entire trip. That was an unexpected highlight! No complaints from us at all. We would absolutely stay here again!"
Hotel Paradiso, BW Signature Collection
"I loved this hotel. My stay was fantastic, Updated room with amazing views, helpful staff and a great location. I would definitely stay here again."
Mercure Napoli Centro Angioino
"El hotel está bien ubicado frente al Puerto y cerca del centro. El desayuno es excelente tipo buffet y completo ( aunque está ubicado entre los corredores del piso 3 ). Es un hotel renovado, con una bonita recepción. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque los baños son un poco incómodos y antiguos."
Eurostars Hotel Excelsior
"Staff was absolutely amazing. Carmine at the front desk was exceptional as well as countless others."
De Bonart Naples, Curio Collection by Hilton
"From the arrival to the dinner / breakfast the team is extremely professional. Shout out to Christian whom on our arrival late with no luggage was super helpful ! Great location and thanks for the upgrade"
Smart Hotel Napoli
"The included breakfast was very good to excellent The staff was very helpful Be aware that this hotel is in the Maritime building in the marina and you were surrounded by cruise ships and cruise ship people a plus is it’s five minutes walk to the ferries It’s about a five minute walk to the street which is very filthy Our room was in need of minor repair in some places the mini fridge was not properly in it shelf it didn’t fit right so it was like hanging The shower’s very small so if you’re a large person look out and I’m a small person There were some pain peeling and ceiling damage in the bathroom by the shower We paid for a superior room but we didn’t need it I don’t really know what the difference is between a standard room but I probably could’ve saved money it was also confusing when I booked the room thinking that the mini fridge was complementary but it’s two beverages when you arrive and that’s it one mineral water one sparkling The little restaurant is good but they need training on how to make a cappuccino It’s very sad that the best cappuccino I had the entire time I was in Italy was at a McCafé near a big Piazza in Rome Beware there’s also this weird thing where if motion stops the lights go out so when I left the room to get a cappuccino and my wife was in the shower she was in pitch blackness The room air-conditioning was the best of the three hotels I stayed at Italy"
Grand Hotel Parkers
"Amazing property and staff"
Grand Hotel Vesuvio
"Hotel Vesuvio doesn’t try to impress you, it simply is impressive, the way history is. From the lobby to the old brass fixtures, everything here feels built with intention, by people who understood that real luxury doesn’t need to shout. The service: attentive without being intrusive, warm without being performative. If you want to feel transported to what hotels used to be, full of character, timeless elegance, history, and soul, this is it. It’s a shame that so many guests breeze past this kind of old-world charm, chasing the next trendy, Instagram-ready moment instead."
