Our family stayed 4 nights at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was attentive. With less than 20 rooms, they were available when needed and quick to respond. I was concerned about noise from the Galleria and the hotel lobby since our room was close to it, but the room was very quiet. The breakfast was a great perk - delicious food and made-to-order coffees.

This hotel location was perfect! Laredo st just around the corner and Galaria Umberto across the street. Josh was on duty when we arrived, he was very friendly and helpful. Please note when checking in (specially after hours) the entrance maybe confusing. Look for the intercom on the left for entry..reception is on the 3rd floor.

My biggest issue was the rooms were very warm and to my delight the windows opened however the street that my room faced was VERY loud, so it was a constant battle between being awake due to overheating or being awake because of constant noise.
