Overall a good stay, nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient location & free parking. Downside, doors on rooms (to hallway) do not have the typical smoke seal or threshold, meaning the hallway noise, and noise from other rooms nearby are not softened at all! We were woken up twice by staff standing in the hallway talking loudly on their walkie talkies. Not awesome!

This is a very welcoming property with excellent, elevated hot pools, a great sauna and sitting area. The staff supplies you with all the accoutrements for pour over coffee in the your room. The rooms are cozy and efficient and don't leave you wanting for more. The underground parking is easy and isn't an extra cost as most places are these days. The resteraunt has fabulous food and all of the staff are friendly. Can't recommend the Otter enough.

What a beautiful experience. The rooms feel very spa-like, amenities and hot tubs/outdoor sitting areas with fire pits create a wonderful oasis. The staff are so friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the amazing dining at Good Folk.

When we specifically ask for a room without any pet allergens and we were told that we were in a section of the hotel with no dogs and we hear a dog bark and my wife wakes up with a rash on her neck and puffy eyes. they changed us room but imo not enough!

My two teenage daughters and I loved every minute of our stay at the Otter hotel! We loved the room. It was clean and classy, the tea and coffee were a treat, the soaps and lotion smelled so good, and most of all, we loved the hot tubs. The spa amenities, with fire pits and couches were so lovely. It was relaxing and we bonded during our mother/daughter stay!

Beautiful clean, spotless room - very welcoming !! With All the amenities that we wanted ! Loved the bed and pillows! The staff were absolutely excellent ! I will say Josh at the Front Desk was so friendly and accommodating, helped us with picking out the complimentary teas from Jolene’s and then later dropped off a lovely Chocolate birthday treat with a card for my Birthday !!I I didn’t know the names of the other two ladies (but they were also helpful). Totally enjoyed up on the rooftop with the hot tubs and the sitting areas with individual fire pits !! Overall a great Birthday Getaway and we will be back !! ❤️👍🎉🥂
