Feels like a brand-new hotel — perfectly clean and well-maintained. Ideal location if you want to avoid super busy areas, yet still close to the train station. Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing stay. The only improvement would be to enhance the atmosphere of the lobby bar so guests feel more inclined to sit down and enjoy a drink.

nice and quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes walking distance from Otsuka station. check-in was very smooth, the hotel stored our bags before check-in and allowed us to check-in one hour early. small free breakfast offered each morning. my only complaint is that housekeeping service could be a bit better.

We are a family with young children (an 11 year old and a two year old) and the room was surprisingly much more spacious than I thought and definitely very clean which is important to us. We had an amazing experience and the staff was extremely kind and always helpful and patient when we had questions. They answered some questions prior to our stay and then assisted during our stay with things like luggage transfer. Happy to recommend COCOYO HOTEL and would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you COCOYO HOTEL.

A good modern hotel in a very interesting area of ‘real’ Tokyo. Great connections as it’s a few minutes walk to a Yamanote Line station (Ōtsuka). The line connects all of the popular areas of the city you’ll want to see. The rooms are very compact but well appointed with a kettle. Tea bags and coffee etc are obtained in the reception area along with any extras you may need. The idea is that they’ll supply you with any small items such as a toothbrush etc on an ‘as needed’ basis, so no excess waste. The bathroom is fully equipped but very compact, so if you’re on the large size, it may be a bit of a squeeze though manageable.

Nice clean hotel.. they do not provide breakfast, but nice that they provide some pasties and drinks in the morning for breakfast.. convenience store is nearby, so can buy stuffs and eat in the dinning area provided by the hotel. The only thing to improve is I ask for towels but took some time for them to send to me..

Excellent if you are not taller than 180 cm/5 ft 11 tall. Larger than average room and brand new. No breakfast to mention but free coffee unlimited. However, if you are taller than 180 cm, expect to hit your knees into the wall when you sit on the toilet. The bathroom is ridiculously small. I have stayed in over 100 hotels in Japan over the years, and I have never seen such a small bathroom. This is clearly an architectural mistake, given the room size. Design error in an otherwise nice hotel.
