You can't beat the location and the views. Absolutely breath taking.
Staff friendly as usual in Portugal. Porter service excellent.
(Important because it's quite a walk and 2 different lifts if you are in the side wing building.
Breakfast visually super but we've had better quality in a high-end location in Lisbon (that had free parking in center town by the way and was also a bit more convenient with the rates).
All in all satisfied with our stay, would use this facility again when in Porto.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Despite travelling here just after the Corona. Virus lockdown was eased, the staff made us feel very welcome and safe by calling and emailing us to explain exactly how we can check in without having any physical interaction with any of the staff. They were always available by phone whenever we had any questions and concerns which made us feel very welcome too. Convenient parking was the reason we chose to stay here, the cost was 20E per day and includes valet service. Location makes it easy enough to explore Gaia and Porto by foot, just prepare for steep inclines on both sides of the Douro. Uber, taxis, others methods of getting around are available also. Hotel was great, accommodations were very nice and comfortable, breakfast provided excellent options for varying palates.

Great hotel, owner super cool. Beds were simply phenominal. Rooms are small but did not mind. It is a new hotel with a few kinks. Shower overflows into bathroom floor, no shelf for tolietries in bathroom, maid service spotty some days no replaced coffee, sugar, no clean glasses left, etc. The bar patio needs some umbrellas to invite folks to the patio for afternoon cocktails. The biggest issue Wi-Fi, I know the stone walls are an issue. While on vacation I was trying to run a business back home...

Beautiful, modern hotel in front of the Douro River. If you want to spend a bit more and treat yourself, get the river front suite; totally worth it. Breakfast is amazing as well. Great hotel.
