All good and standard to be expected. The whole digital key and checkin experience was flawless. Room clean and even had two aircons. Very happy and will come back to this place.

Was clean secure and checkin and check out well organized. The beds were comfortable including the sofabed. However, during our stay the fire alarm went off at 3am and there was no communication as to what was happening. I had to call the customer service to be told its fine and they are looking into it. And it took another 15 to 20 min before it went off. This could have been handled better especially if it is a non reception.

Estuve 3 noches alojada, la primera noche la arma de incendios empezó a sonar a eso de las 21:30 y salimos todos a la calle, no consiguieron solucionarlo hasta después de 2 horas. El segundo dia, les pedí una almohada más porque son bajas y me dijeron que me la llevarían a la habitación, cuando llegué por la noche y vi que no estaba, les pregunté y me dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad. La tercera noche comenzó a sonar la alarma de incendios otra vez, pero está a las 2:30 de la madrugada, como no tienen a nadie allí, les escribo y me preguntan que si es en todo el edificio o solo en mi planta, les digo que no se, no sabían si era una urgencia real o una “falsa alarma” como la primera noche, después de casi una hora de salir a la calle volver a entrar y que no nos dijeran si realmente había un incendio o no, consiguieron apagarla. Creo que la información fue muy sesgada y ya no hubo quien pudiera descansar esa noche. Es una pena porque las habitaciones están bien de tamaño y son bonitas, pero estos incidentes perturbaron todo mi viaje.
