Check in was seamless. Room was spacious for 2 adults considering it was in the historic centre. They provided a bottle of water everyday, a welcome treat and for my husband's 60th they gave us a bottle of champagne and dessert. Wonderful hotel in a perfect location! The staff members at the reception and breakfast delivered outstanding service throughout our stay. We felt very well treated and the professional and welcoming hospitality provided by every team member made our stay a true delight. The room was immaculately cleaned and very comfortable. We loved to spend a few hours at the pool and sauna to relax and recharge for a fun evening at one of the many great restaurants in Porto.
