Property never contacted us in lead up to our stay. Despite repeated contact with Expedia we heard nothing from them. Got to Property on the night we were to check in and no one there. Another occupant said they had similar issues. Couldn't get in as access was by key pad and lock box! Had to book alternative accommodation at another hotel. Finally got one phone call from the property 5 hours after check in, where they promised to sort things out and call us back but they haven't 4 days on. Still waiting for Expedia to refund $719.10 we paid as a deposit despite having to book and pay for an additional 4 nights in Paris at short notice. Very poor by this property and Expedia and out of pocket both what we have spent on this room and the cost of rebooking on the day accommodation. Would rate negatively if that was possible.
