Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a mini-fridge, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, though the shower control is positioned awkwardly, making it difficult to turn on the water without getting sprayed while waiting for it to warm up. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, and the café downstairs served excellent coffee. The hotel is also conveniently located near several great restaurants, with a fantastic karaoke bar right across the street. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a great location and amenities.

Wonderful stay! I stayed here with my children for about two weeks. The hotel and bathrooms were extremely clean, with daily room service and fully replenished toiletries. Although there was a small mix-up regarding the number of guests for breakfast on the first day, the staff resolved it quickly and gave us vouchers for our entire stay. We loved that breakfast was made-to-order rather than a standard buffet—the avocado toast and Biscoff French toast were outstanding. The central location made getting around very convenient, and having access to a compact gym with a fresh water dispenser was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

It's a standard 3 star hotel experience. The property is old and quite basic. Rooms are small, not recently renovated, small bathrooms without any counter space for toiletries. Walls are paper thin and you can expect to hear sounds from other rooms, hallway, and the road. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Overall, nothing great, quite expensive for the quality provided but I guess that's what you get in NYC.
