There was no hot water so no one could shower before his job interview. The whole point of booking the room. Dining in hotel very limited. One restaurant open with small area with bar. No one was finishing their food. So we didn’t eat there. Not happy

We didn’t have hot water for over 24 hours. I had to go shower at planet fitness. When I talked to management about it, they offered to give me a credit in Hilton honors points. Those points never showed up. Will probably not stay at a Hilton again
