From the moment of our check-in the staff at Royal Sonesta’s River North location made us feel welcomed. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the location is convenient to everything you want to see in Chicago. The price was reasonable and the staff super friendly. Like most Chicago hotels, parking is very expensive, which is why the hotel being steps away from the Red Line (subway) was a bonus. On the other hand, no in room coffee was a bummer.
