Hotel was great, great rooms, great breakfast, perfect location, withing walking distance to Navy pier and cloud gate, river tours and a whole lot more!! BUT, i wish the beds would be more stable, they move around quite a bit, not a heavy guy but they still move quite a bit. They can do better on bedding like comforters and pillows, other than that 9 out of 10!

Holy cow! What a breakfast. Reminds me of the massive Vegas buffets in pre-COVID days. Staff is super attentive and helpful. Rooms are quiet and comfy and comparatively spacious for a big city hotel. We enjoyed it thoroughly.
