Great stay. The neighborhood was safe and so much to do and eat walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The decor was adorable and comfy. The only one thing to keep in mind is the noise level is high. They do provide ear plugs and i definitely used them! All else was perfect.

Nice hidden oasis in the middle of all the Condesa and Roma action. Walkable to plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and green areas to walk/run. The unit was very well appointed with pretty much everything you would need and the building access was very safe. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay for couples
Great stay! Very spacious, nicely renovated apartment room. Only complaints are that the shower water turns cold quick at times, so I don’t suggest back to back showers. The walls are thin, so you can hear movement upstairs and the morning rush hour traffic - they provide ear plugs to help.

Great stay! Seemed very new! Nice, spacious apartment in a great location. Friendly staff. Felt safe - 24 hour security. Desk staff had limited hours but reachable on What’s app and responsive.

Loved the homey condo feeling. The area was quiet and very close to shops and restaurants. Big plus we received $170 pesos towards food/coffee at the coffee shop next door. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay
Great stay at Tanat. Super clean and cozy! Lived the wrap around terrace. Fully equipped for a long stay!

8/10 Very good

The modern apartment was clean and save with ample dining options right at your doorstep and public transport options only a short walk away. Tanat provided coffee and tea, which we loved to start the day. Though, I would not recommend this place for noise sensitive people or when you like sleeping in in the mornings, as the neighborhood is quite noisy throughout day and night and the windows and walls do not do much to keep it quiet within.

Great Apartment Hotel & good location
Apartment hotel with very nice staff. Room service would have been nice (at least every third day). The apartment was large and very nice. This place has only one problem, and that is the noise. If you are a sensitive sleeper, it is not for you. With earplugs, I could sleep well. Would book again.

Obsessed with this property! It was so beautiful , the area is ideal: safe, walkable, so many restaurants and shops close by! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Very nice apartments good size with a kitchen. Very good location. They could do more to make it look more cared for. Lots of dead plants coming onto the floors where the apartments are. We have stayed twice.

During my week long stay, I felt like any potential issues has been thought of before my arrival, and any additional service I needed (like laundry) was handled promptly and easily by staff. The room was spacious, clean, and had impressive views of the neighborhood. The area is a bit loud but Tanat kindly provided ear plugs to address that. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Really liked this hotel. The area is great for walking and close to condessa park. Lots of food options in the area. My favorite might be the Korean restaurant downstairs. I liked that there was a door person. Everything was tasteful and the bed was comfortable. I have only one comment about the sound. You can hear the people above you because of the building design. The hotel provides ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. I would 100 percent book this place for the price. This is our 4th trip to Mexico City and this place was top two.

We had 7 rooms at Tanat for 4 nights. All of us were impressed by the hotel. The cleanliness, the style and comfort offered by the hotel, the accommodating staff. It is a very safe hotel in a safe area. We felt safer walking this area at night than we do in our own Canadian city. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and bars in the area. It is not a rowdy party area, but rather a lively community place with lots of options. Short walks to larger historic and more tourist oriented areas. We all mentioned that we would like to return to the hotel, either as a group or with our spouses. The area is not really a tourist area, so be prepared to speak some Spanish to get by. Not all shops and restaurants will have any English speaking staff available. But every single local we encountered was incredibly warm and inviting.

Around property is really busy and a bit noisy. All stuff in the apt is new. AC was working properly and all kitchen stuff as well. They have sort of security gate which makes you feel safe. Best of the apt is the location, you have Roma and condesa close by. You can walk for days around the apt.

10/10 Exceptional

We had a great time staying at Tanat. We were a bit early at check-in, so we just dropped off our luggage with them while exploring the area for a bit. The rooms were amazingly nice and spacious. We never used the kitchenette, but it was nice to have mugs, plates, and the refrigerator at our disposal every time we bought some snacks to eat. Beds were amazingly comfortable (on the firmer side, if that's what you prefer). We stayed for 6 nights — and there was no cleaning staff, which was fine for us. But just a heads up for those who want to have their place cleaned every day. Staff was amazingly nice! It was nice to come back every time and someone greeting us with a great big smile. The only downside about this place is that it *can* get noisy with the honking in the morning around 8 AM because everyone's getting to work — but surprisingly on the weekends, it's quiet. Tanat provides you with earplugs (we had a few pairs already). Otherwise, great area. Super cute. Lots of great food in the area and very convenient!

6/10 Good

I am sharing my review, because I booked based on the reviews and my stay was only average. I'll use bullet points make it easy. 1. There is no room card. It was inconvenient having to open the door by turning on my phone and entering the long door number via a WhatsApp message. 2. There is no 9-5 attendant, so you can't really ask the other non-English speaking staff about local recommendations. 3. The kitchen had no soap. 4. The shower knob was on the opposite side of the shower door and far from the rainshower head. It would be better if patrons could turn it on without getting in the shower. 5. The light in the bathroom is tiny. It was hard to see anything. 6. The bathroom mirror and sink was really close to the wall. This is bad for right handed people that need to use the blow dryer and hair iron. My elbow kept hitting the wall. 7. The noise is very bad. It does get quiet from 12 AM to 8 AM, but the rest of the time it is very VERY noisy from the traffic. Mexican drivers love honking their horns and holding them too. 8. There is an outside gate. After hours, you have to enter in a code. It was annoying having to enter the code when the staff was off after a night out. 9. I've stayed at a lot of places. This was the only place that I had issues with their safe. I couldn't get it to open even after watching a YouTube video. Also, it is glued down to a top shelf and moved all the way to the back. As someone who is 5'4", I had to use a chair to put things in it.
