The amenities where not available like the laundry didint work that was an inconvenience the pool is not available! Pillows are old ! And flat blankets are old ! There was no phone working in the room in case of an emergency call ! The hair dryer was not in working condition

The room was hot, the temperature was 90 degrees and the manager didn’t have the air on to keep the room cool. The place was dirty. The front desk person was an idiot.

Unbelievable In the hospitality industry
I suspect that it was the manager or the owner who was at the front desk. No people skills whatsoever! Choice of words tone completely off. Instead of Playing his role as front desk, manager, owner, And REGENCY employee he acted like a jail warden. Right away telling me the things I cannot do if like I were to do them! How very dare him to Emphasize on such speculations! Instead of starting out with a basic warm welcome and at least a half smile on his face, he receives me with only such rude ridiculous comments! Lets get real here; I’m not expecting red carpet service from Regency Inn but I do expect decent Basic customer service with RESPECT. I’m spending almost $100 for one night and it should be at least basic! Comes across unhappy And wishy-washy when it comes to the security deposit. At one time it was one amount and then it changed. Nothing consistent makes me doubt his Credibility especially under that first impression he gave! I’m not trying to stereotype here but this is very typical! And I’m sick and tired of running across that !

The TV it was not working, someone was to trying to open my room , AC/ Heather was not working and the receptionist she was rude, I was going to stay two nights but I couldn’t it was unsafe for my family. I would never go back there, it’s was wasting of my money and you had to push the door hard for it to open and it was broken.

This bad hotel, smell bad, clean wasn't the best stains int he sheets and in stop of all of that looking forward to relaxing on the pool and spa and not working , ice machine was not working either . Wo't be staying here ever again

Your prices are too high for what you are offering
For the high price, a hotel owner could not possibly spend less money on his operation. Their was hair in the shower walls. The refrigerator wasnt cold and was literally falling apart. The bathroom and sink lights had timers that lasted 10 seconds. You can imagine how annoyed that is. There were no outlets on the bed side of the room. The hangers dont come off the rack and they were covered in dust. It was not a good experience.
