The unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a WiFi problem that the manager was super responsive to and was resolved quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient.

Only thing I had an issue with was having to wait a few minutes for the door to lock on the outside but, overall very nice place to stay at. Very nice location! Walking distance to State Street (just a couple blocks), where there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops. Close to some nice hiking trails and the Santa Barbara Botanical Garden as well. The hotel is very nicely designed and has many nice amenities.
