チェックインの際に、セキュリティの人が対応したが、英語も日本語も伝わらず、電波がなく、電話、翻訳アプリもつかえない。しかも、支払い済みなのにしばらく料金を払えとのやりとりが続く。デスクの引き出しが壊れており勝手に開くし、ケトルには前に使った人の水が入ったまま、しかも壊れて使えない。タオルが臭いのは辛い。日系の名前に相応しいサービスを期待していたので、かなり残念だった。
