Getting in and out of the unit is too complicated, every door required an access key to get through including the door to access the elevator area, which we didn’t have so we had to wait around for someone from the property management company to let us in as the security guard wouldn’t let us in for some reasons. Multiple issues with checking in during the middle of the night causes many frustrations especially when traveling with an elder and young children. I would not book this place again due to these issues.

I feel very disappointed with this service. This booking is completely different from the advertisement. First of all, the elevator card did not work at all and we had to wait for someone to open it, it was quite annoying and confusing on the first day when we arrived, we went to eat at Vincom and did not know how to get back. The service did not reply to messages when we needed help (zalo). Regarding the housewares, the shampoo was out and we only received an empty bottle with nothing inside. They advertised a king bed but it was just a king size mattress over a queen size frame. We felt this was nothing more than a scam.
