The good: * Great employees * Comfortable bed * Good location (shops around, 5 to 10 minute walk to river walk) The not so good: * The "hot" water was not hot at all. It was not cold but should be hotter * Pillows are too high. Luckily, I knew this and and brought my own smaller pillow * No gym - surprising for a four star hotel * No spa - surprising for a "hotel and spa" * No bathtub (in any room, as far as I can tell) * Pool is only outside (great in the summer, not in the winter) Overall: It was a nice place but it was clear they have very few guests so it seems they tried to cut some costs. I can understand that but then they should have coordinated with other businesses to offer the commonly expected services to their guests. The staff really are wonderful.

Lovely place, I would highly recommend :)
This hotel was really nice, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good too. Spotlessly clean, giant tv, everything is new and the shower is like Niagara falls. Couldn't fault the place at all, the only strange thing was the reception was on the 6th floor but there are staff in the entrance to tell you this so it wasn't a problem.

I stayed at this hotel two months ago and received better service in oct 2019. Since I knew the hotel already I knew exactly where to go. If this was my first time visiting the hotel, I would’ve been annoyed that no one told me where the lobby was. No one took me to my room either so it took me a while to find my room which was in a hidden area. I expected more from this hotel.
