Boa, confortável, a localização do apartamento um pouco confusa, não foi informado o andar e no local obtive a informação errada. Informei vazamento de água do ar-condicionado sobre a cama, entupimento da pia da cozinha para que corrijam pois o studio é ótimo.

Studio extremamente confortável e com utensílios essenciais para uma estadia confortável e prática. A cama é muito confortável e o edredom maravilhoso. Fica numa rua super silenciosa e segura, próxima de restaurantes, bares, supermercado e do metrô. Só se prepare para as ladeiras íngremes do bairro. A comunicação com a empresa deixa a desejar, pois mandei minha documentação para confirmar o check-in por duas vezes e com antecedência, mas chegando na portaria fui barrada porque eles precisam cadastrar seu Face ID e ter a senha da porta do studio. Eu não tinha porque a empresa não me cedeu, então tive que ligar. Então é bom se atentar a isso.

Gostamos muito do hotel, mas a comunicação é um pouco complicada. Já era madrugada qdo chegamos e as minhas digitais não conseguiam colocar a senha. Pedi ajuda e fui informada que apenas o Hotéis.com poderia me fornecer uma nova. Depois, a máquina não conseguiu fazer o reconhecimento facial do meu marido. Complicado. Apesar de bem pequeno, muito bom.

Foi uma estadia bem agradável. A localização é muito boa , perto do metro da Vila Madalena, o bairro é agradável, arborizado, senti segurança. O bairro tem um relevo muito irregular, muita subida e descida, escadas; quem nao tem preparo vai se cansar ao andar nas ruas. O apartamento é super prático, com decoração clean e sofisticada, limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro bom. Tem mini fogao com aquecimento por indução (seguro), chaleira elétrica, frigobar, microondas, cafeteira, utensílios, secador de cabelo, etc. Não me faltou nada. A academia do prédio tbm é muito boa, tem o suficiente pra manter o treino numa viagem.
