Safety & Care: A special shoutout to Tatiana, our hotel taxi driver. She was an absolute angel - incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety. She waited for us and made sure we were secure at all times. Rosewood, please treasure her! 3. 24/7 Restaurant: The fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was a huge plus. Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back."

"I stayed on a two day layover, and it was an excellent hotel for it, clean and with a wonderful in-house restaurant as well as a range of other amenities. The staff was helpful and welcoming (shoutout to Vitor), always ready to help and never a hint of rudeness from anyone. If I'm ever passing through that airport again, I would definitely stay again."

"Breakfast need extra attention.not enough variety for example eggs most basic thing in breakfast ( scrambled eggs not even 10% cooked) no boiled eggs , no omelettes and no option. ( Not everyone eat or can eat the same) Customer service crew was amazing Lina, Talita, William and Raphael. As for Locations you can’t ask for more everything is in walking distance.hotel Price is very reasonable."

"The hotel is good pretty very well located and staff is friendly however the size of the room is unaceptable they are ridiculous small no even a closet or little table to place your belonging and luggage bed also extremelly small in reality children beds."
