The staff was amazing. Clean areas and room. Only thing that i know will bother light sleepers is the noise ( no noise barrier between rooms) you also can heatoutside noise. They provide ear plugs. If i visit Bali again will stay at hotel again

The hotel itself is average. The staff is great The breakfast is best part of hotel The restaurant is a problem. They have a great main menu, the people is half of what you prefer and usually the best items are unavailable. Apparently hey have a poor supplier so are out of stock on menu items all the time. I stayed for 7 days and some no of the items were never available. They also offer a promotion on pre paid food at the restaurant which is kind of a bait and switch If you pre pay 800,000 IDR they way the benefit is 1,00,000 million IDR in food and drinks. What they actually means is 200,000 IDR for a total of 1,000,000 of which you paid 800,000 for It’s very easy to think you pay 800k and get 1m for a towel of 1.8m the way it’s advertised but this isn’t true You only get 200k credit on the 800k paid The area around is very dirty, many spas and massages but not a single one seemed clean so I paaaes on them all. Stay dogs also are in abundance, happy all friendly but still. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and local food places offer very very below average food taste wise I wouldn’t stay in this area again and if I booked a room it would be at holiday inn which is closer to the beach instead of this hotel Having said all that the staff was friendly and they do a good job with what hey have to work with

What I liked: - the staff recognized and acknowledged my titanium elite status, was upgraded to a room with a balcony, only for to find out that our balcony was looking out to the next building wall. Regardless, the upgrade was appreciated - the staff makes all the difference, their customer service is very very good.... - proximity to the airport... for an overnight to catch an early flight, it's location is good What I did not like in the facility: - they advertise airport shuttle, but their shuttle service starts at 10 am... who stays at a nearby airport hotel if not for an early flight. Anyway, hotel front desk made sure the taxi is waiting when we came down. - the walls are thin that you can hear people at the room next door or in the hall way. We felt bad to get ready at 5:00 am for our flight, I am sure the next door guest was mad at us - their linens need to be RETIRED. Guests would have remembered the very white, plush, soft towels they used and forget the thin walls, but unfortunately for us, we remember thin walls, and the very old linen.
