Great stay at HDV Poole
We had a great time at the hotel and enjoyed an excellent night using the bar on Friday with a happy hour offer and £30 to spend behind the bar if we did not need our room serviced. We accepted this offer and enjoy a great evening in the lounge with our dog Mia. The only downside is that parking is extremely limited to only 12 cars.

The hotel was very clean and room nice but at the top of 2 narrow staircases which I wasnt told about and could been a problem for some. The bar staff were excellent. We ate 8n the restaurant and i have to say it was a big disappointment

Just had a quick 1 night stay. I was traveling with my elderly mum and Brooke on reception was so kind and accommodating. The room with accessible bathroom was excellent. Great location to enjoy the old town and very good breakfast.

There was nothing that was too much trouble for the hotel and the staff. I made requests that, in some cases were not normal procedure for them, but they stepped up and provided the support I requested. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. It really was first class.
