The property is located near the museum that we planned to tour . We walked to all 4 main museums that are a must to see. It is also quiet at night you can have a good night rest. The employees are helpful, accommodating and very professional. I would advise anyone to-use the ride they offer to the airport. We were advised to be at the airport 3 hrs ahead. Found out there are multiple check points at the airport. Thank you Mehmet for reaching out and also his colleagues for making our stay very comfortable.

Bathroom was too congested/small in size. Secondly no daily cleaning. Thirdly if u asked for any suggestion from the Hotel staff, the suggestion was never right, it was skewed with them getting commision from that restaurant. So for example asking to get the airport taxi booked for you and asking more than double for one way, although got it booked for less.Than asked for good restaurant with good food, the one he suggested, the cost was exorbitant, n not much options, so we left that restaurant and searched ourselves and found a very reasonable TURGUT RESTAURANT WHOSE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT and tasty and reasonably priced.

Location was amazing. Room was smaller but the location makes up for it. The staff was helpful with tours and transportation to and from the airport. During July 2024 there were power outages in the entire area. Nothing the staff could have done but they did make sure everything was good. That was an istanbul issue and not the hotel.

I was not very happy with the apartment. That I saw in the photo in the advertisement and the room that I got is very different . The toilet and shower are too tight. It is uncomfortable to move freely. The host treated us very well. Although the hotel is close to historical places to visit, I would not book it again.

The property is clean with minmial decoration the staff are friendly and attentive and availsble most of day. My room was massive the bed was comfortable the window small it had a small kitchen and a big shower room & WC the shower was a bit of a fiddle but adequate. Great value for money with a adequate self servicw breakfast thrown in Staff are great and nursed me through a crisis even lending me mone money when I lost my wallet and helping me retrieve it in tact. Great Stat.

Very friendly staff and good location. Only 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. Spacious room. However, Rooms are over priced for the basic room setup. My washroom was tiny and i banged my head getting up from toilet. My room floor was tile and very cold. No carpet in the room. In fairness i stayed in the most economy room. I would highly recommend to add some floor carpet in that room. Breakfast was below average. Other rooms were spacious with kitchen, Good for the family. Would stay there again but not in the same room. Hotel is walking distance from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Sultan Ahmet etc. Owner is very friendly and nice person. Hotel is clean.

A very nice hotel to stay in Istanbul
Definitely I’ll stay there next time I go to Istambul. The hotel is in a perfect area close to Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Sultanahmet Square where you can take The Tran and go to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and nice. The receptionist Mehmet and Yessi very friendly, nice and helpers.

This place was truly a joy at which to stay. It was comfortable, quiet, in an extremely convenient location (right around the corner from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia), and the staff were so friendly and helpful! I chose this hotel because it had 24 hr receptionist and since my flight arrived late , I needed someone to let me in. First of all the hotel has no sign and it was challenging to find. Then when I finally found it no one was there. The hotel next door called the owner and told him about my arrival. After waiting outside in the dark and new country for 90 minutes someone showed up and apologize. Then the hotel receptionist harassed me during my entire stay about please leave us a good review. I sent a message to booking about the horrible customer service. Long story short avoid this hotel at all cost. Breakfast is terrible
