The staff at reception were amazing, always smiling and super helpful. When our rooms weren’t ready we headed to the spa to freshen up for a meeting — honestly it was a great experience, really well equipped. The room itself was huge and so comfortable, loved how clean everything was. One thing worth mentioning though — parking isn’t free, which was a bit of a surprise for a hotel at this level. It’s in a really convenient location - the major sights are just a short cab ride away, and there’s a ferry landing that’s a short walk away if you want to explore the Asian side of Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they helped us with dinner reservations, directions, booking tours, etc. Although I didn’t go, my husband enjoyed the Turkish bath/sauna at the spa/fitness center. Lastly, I’d recommend getting the Club Room access - we stopped by multiple times to refuel (snacks, breakfast, drinks, etc). The noise from the nearby stadium during a concert didn’t bother me, although traffic around the hotel was greatly impacted - that’s the only thing I’d keep in mind! Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was outstanding from check in to check out. Mahmet the Assistant Guest Services Manager was incredibly helpful. Rio and Beril were also exceptional staff members.
