I liked the location. The hotel is very near a metro and ferry station. The view to the Bosphorus is great. It is also near many bars and stores, which is very convenient. Location and staff won’t disappoint you

This is the second year we stayed in this hotel. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. If you like a busy downtown life with street food lifestyle, pubs and shopping the location is perfect. Twin rooms are bit too small especially if you have large luggage. No enough space to store them and move around in the room.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality and support. The amenities were impressive, and the rooms were well-maintained. My only recommendation would be to install smart TVs in the bedrooms for access to YouTube and Netflix.

Good choice for the area, but the hotel needs an update As a VIP Expedia guest, I was given a nice upgrade to the 9th floor with a great view. The room was spacious, which I appreciated — but it’s clear that the hotel has seen better days. The interior feels dated and is in need of renovation. You can tell this place used to be top-notch, but it’s aging and could really benefit from a refresh. That said, given the area, I doubt you’ll find anything significantly better nearby. So overall, it’s still a solid choice — just manage your expectations.

The hotel was fine, our room was a bit old, with a weird layout and could use a refurbishment, but I do get the sense that this is the case for many of the large hotels in Istanbul. The hotel had a roof terrace that looked great, although we did not have time to visit. The gym was the best hotel gym I have ever seen - really spacious and well equipped. It even had a reformer bed.
