Bon séjour

Bon accueil chaleureux et familial tout au long du séjour, la Pousada est très propre et bien entretenue. Elle est bien placée. La cuisine est aussi très propre et il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour les clients. Joli petit jardin. Un séjour très agréable.

A hospedagem foi ótima, quarto confortável, com frigobar, ar condicionado, ventilador, TV e Wi-Fi. Fica localizado a uma distancia pequena a pé do cais do Abraão, e o atendimento da recepção foi muito bom.

Satisfeito com a estadia .

A princípio não havia gostado tanto por conta que o quarto que nós foi colocado não havia sinal nenhum de TV e o Wi-Fi o sinal era bem ruim , outra questão quando chegarmos era os lençóis tinham um cheiro ruim . Mas falamos com a equipe e resolveram todas as questões , trocaram os lençóis e também trocamos de quarto para um que tinha acesso a TV e o sinal do Wi-Fi era bem melhor também . O local é próximo de tudo só tem uma rampa para chegar mas é tranquilo. No final fiquei satisfeito com a estadia , mas não seria um lugar que eu recomendaria.

Muito boa opção em ilha grande. Local mais afastado porém sem furdunço. Tranquilidade e proximidade com natureza. Preço justo comparado com outras opções na ilha. Wi-Fi e TV com dificuldades porém a Semana Santa a demanda é sempre grande e com clima mais chuvoso também interfere. Proprietários prestativos e solícitos. Voltaria com certeza!

Sobre os profissionais não tivemos do que reclamar. No entanto, se trata de uma pousada localizada atrás de um cemitério, tivemos que lidar com pessoas fazendo barulho e gritando até altas horas da noite, sem intervenção da pousada. O quarto estava com um certo mau cheiro e as roupas de cama e travesseiros também.

O atendimento é muito acolhedor e simpático. Poder preparar o próprio café da manhã e comer olhando para o verde é um diferencial. Um ótimo custo benefício na Vila de Abraão.
