This place is charming with friendly staff. Catherine was amazing at check in and the hydrangeas were still in bloom. It's right by the beach as well. The room was small but very clean and the only thing that wasn't good was that our refrigerator wasn't working so all the drinks we bought were hot. I would stay there again!

This is my new go to place on the Cape!! Very clean and modern and super easy walk to the beach. Pool and bar area was also very nice. Loved that you could also go to sister resorts. Complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning was a nice touch. Only areas of improvement would be to add room darkening shades and keep the bar and fire pit open past 9 pm.

Beautiful, updated property. Quiet, residential neighborhood with a 2 minute walk to a great beach. Our room was emaculate and the pool/grounds were clean and neat. Nice having a restaurant/bar onsite. Very short drive to Harwichport for dining, bars, shopping. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quintessential Cape Cod stay with lots of upgrades.

First off the property was so welcoming and charming. We had access to our local beach at the end of a short street that we could drive and park or walk with a cute little wagon with two beach chairs, towel and a beach umbrella! What a great idea. We had a fireplace and a beautifully comfortable bed in our room and a front porch to have a cocktail at night. A restaurant, firepit, outdoor games and a good size pool completed our stay. We LOVED it! Will we go back again? Yes, yes and yes!

Look no further the new Pelham on Earle is perfect. On July 4th weekend we had zero stress! Beach at end if the road, shuttle service to the beautiful Pelham Resort and their amenities. Everything was fantastic. No reason to look elsewhere. Staff and owners are awesome! We had the best time in this perfect little town.

After extensive research looking for a vacation destination, I came across the story of the Pelham! This family operated hotels are amazing! impeccable attention to details, extremely clean room. very well maintained grounds! The friendly staff, making sure our visit included seeing the other properties. Pelham House, our breakfast was outstanding! This family should be extremely proud!

Absolutely Perfect for us. I almost don't want to tell anyone about it or it will become too popular and I won't be able to book a room anymore! Joined with their waterfront resort down the road, it makes for the perfect situation. The beach is truly a 2 minuite walk away, the pool is 10 seconds from your door, as is a lovely restaurant and bar, and all amenities for friends, families, and lovers. I'm booking our next stay there immediately.
