Poor Service.
It took nearly two hours to check in where the agent advised that there was a portal issue providing details of the booming to Emaar. Security team of the building was also not very helpful and too busy on personal video calls.
The property, whilst clean - had alot of ants.
Communication upon the checkout process as agreed in the check in process was poor where i didnt receive a response...
I checked out a day early. So essentially checked in past midnight.. and checked out a day early meaning the price was too much. However unable to actually speak to someone at Hotels.com (as the virtual agent process was not working) for a refuns.
