Situated on tranquil residential street in Estoril only 5 minutes walk from the Casino and 10 minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is filled with mansions and opulent gardens. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Mildew and Mold caused health issues
The room I stayed in caused me to have severe illness due to all the mildew that was in the room the first week I didn’t realize till the last day that the room was filled with mildew because I don’t look up or the walls. I’m so tired whenever I get back I just go straight to bed When I asked for a refund they denied me saying that they accommodated me from my second week to put me on the sixth floor, but that was courtesy on their part. I did not ask for that for me. I just needed a clean safe environment to put my head down I should not have been charged in that filth for the week. I am requesting a refund still. I have video and proof I am able to send but not on here. It’s just allowing pictures but I have video as my proof of my stay.

Our suite was very spacious for our family of three. Very clean & extremely comfortable beds. Fabulous to have an added bonus of the large balcony (could do with another chair as only 2 provided). Reception staff very friendly & accommodating. Loved the pool.
