Hotel is old and it shows. We got stuck in the elevator because it’s old and probably not serviced regularly. No air conditioning and very shady electrical.
This is disgraceful.

The location couldn’t be better—just by the river and few minutes from the heart of town, making it perfect for exploring the town. What stood out the most was the exceptionally warm and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent service in Banff!
