The stay was overall good. The heated outdoor pool is a term that would be used very loosely. It was still in the 70°s the indoor pool water burned the skin of all of our children to the point they didn’t really wanna swim anymore. Overall, it was a good hotel for the money.

We had a great time at this resort. They have a lot for kids to do. The staff , including housekeeping & pool guys were all nice and friendly. Always had a smile and being polite and positive. We have zero complaints. Rooms are also stocked with silverware, toaster, coffee pot ( singles ), pots and pans etc.

Always a great place!
It is our tradition to go and stay for a few days every winter. This was one of our best trips yet! The only downside was that the waterslides closed at 8 o’clock every night because they didn’t have a lifeguard on duty after that, they have always been open right up until the waterpark closed before, but that is not a dealbreaker for us. The online checkout system didn’t cooperate, but I just texted the number that they messaged me from throughout our stay and they took care of checkout for me. Overall, it is an absolutely great place to stay.
