Wonderful trip.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took our bags to the room and back to our car when we were leaving. The food in restaurant was delicious, no complaints. Saturday night we enjoyed T. Graham Brown on the lawn, Smores by the pool and a massage. Wonderful stay. Will be back next year.

Not worth the money.
Dollywood hotel resort is beautiful, but if your looking for a comfortable bed and pillows? Take your own pillows they are hard. And the bed is a bit hard. Parking isn’t very close either. Other than that a lot of extras. Starbucks and Dolly store in hotel. Very close to the theme park but the prices there are quite high.

We stayed last week of October. Outdoor pool had apparently just closed for the season, several things we thought would be included were not (ex: pink lemonade, s’mores, bonfire, etc.) The hot tub was small and inadequate for a resort this size. The spa was totally booked as was the restaurant. We paid over $350 for a one night visit, during our stay I received a text advertising our same type of room for $150 a week later. We were unable to purchase season passes because we “didn’t purchase one last year.” We paid nearly as much for a one day ticket as we would have to purchase a season pass. The season passes weren’t available until a few days after we left. If we’d known all this in advance; even though I’d checked on alleged amenities in advance, we would have waited a week to visit. Tried to call hotel during the Friday before our stay and nobody answered until Monday. Called Monday and agent said they knew nothing about the park or passes; requested a pretty view and our room overlooked the parking lot. Then I tried several times to contact someone at the ticket sales desk and still no answer. Not sure why we paid such a premium price when it cost us several hundred dollars more to stay during our dates; only to shell out additional several hundred more in order to get our passes a few days later when we were “allowed.” Left there feeling disappointed and mislead; hoping others will be forewarned!!
