An absolutely fabulous hotel with the very best of decor and staff customer care. Extensive grounds and an amazing aray of sporting facilities and spa areas. This was our second year staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the combination of sea and forest is really lovely. Last year it was excellent in every respect. This year, however, it was so crowded with families and young children that navigating the breakfast area was really a challenge. The hotel uses only the finest ingredients, and the service is very fine, but so many young children not under parental control spoils the atmosphere. If a separate area for families with young children could be set up, or separate dining times that could improve everyone's enjoyment of this fine hotel.

Amazing views, friendly service.
I chose this hotel to take my mum with walking problem. They have spacious, clean swimming center and onsen hot spring in the connected annex. Our room was on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of Sagami Bay. It suited our purpose but it is NOT a place to get about by public transport. It is isolated on the hill and their free shuttle bus runs only once every hour to Odawara. However for a quiet, relaxing few days, it was perfect for us! Breakfast had a big selection and the staff were very friendly. (Special thanks to Aziz-san!)
