The pool area was nice ....but the cafe staff just refused to issue change unless challenged
Not anywhere near a 4 star hotel experience. The front staff was not very friendly, the rooms worn out and the toilet dirty when I arrived. The breakfast was fine and the building is beautiful and it could be a nice hotel, but it just seems to be quite badly managed. Happy I didn’t pay more than 32€ for a night...
Where do i start ? What a terrible hotel and service at reception upon checkin. My wife is 7 months pregnant and we arrived at the hotel at 1.30pm. We were kept being told to wait 30 mins, then again 30 mins and again 30 mins by the receptionist. After arguing and refusing to move at reception we were given a room at 6.30pm!!! 5 hours waiting in reception , what a shambles and disgrace!!!! After we were given our junior suite. The patio door would not lock and the telephone did not work, i complained again and they came and fixed patio door however the telephone remained unfixed until checkout. Worst part of the stay was my car being crashed into in the hotel car parking. (Which had cameras) i kept insisting with the security people on the door to view the cameras however they kept telling me nothing is there or they found nothing which clearly they didnt even bother to look or search. I am appealing to all people to avoid this hotel at all costs. The rooms are dirty and hugely different from the photos provided. The pool area is dirty, everything about this hotel is wrong and it seems they just want to fill rooms and not care about guests or quality control or anything. Oh and the seagulls , dont get me started on the seagulls at breakfast time if you eat outside.
My experience at the hotel was warm welcome. Everyone from the security guard, front desk redemption, client customer service relationship, pastry chef, General manager. I felt everyone in the hotel did their best with busy traffic of customers to give me undivided attention. My hotel room was spacious, decorative, plenty of additional room to place your belongings in the closet. The hotel is a great place to relax. The hotel has a big pool, special Moroccan artwork On the walls as you walk around to receive fresh air. It’s very calming, peaceful hotel. The hotel breakfast is great. Fatima took the time to engage with me asked me if I needed anything. Fatima went out of her way to get boil eggs for me. I’d like thank you Mariam for taking the time to ask me how my experience is at hotel daily. Mariam is very compassionate , great listener. I’d say it’s rare for hotel to have someone like Mariam to always take a little of their time for feedback on customer experience. Thank you Mariam. Anza the GM of the hotel is amazing. He was constant busy dealing with the hotel. Anza took the time to recognize me give me special attention regarding my emails sent to the hotels to print the pdf’s. Anza has great interpersonal skills. Karima front desk always greeted me on a daily basis with a welcoming “hello” and how are you interaction. My overall experience was great.
I had an amazing stay in Argana, I liked the view the most, right to the sea ! The room was clean and u was lucky to have lala Om l3id samir to tidy up the room with lot of love and kindness 💖 the stuff were nice namely Mr Omar who accompanied le to my room
Check-in takes too long and then even though i had book two room one foe me and other for my wife they were still apart on different floor. The light were not working which i complaint and they fixed after two days, The breakfast was good but they need to change the fruit juice its watery.
I arrived at 15:40, the check-in was the worst as I had to wait till 19:00 to finally go to my room... Yassine at the front desk is as slow as a sloth. Breakfast was awful, cold croissant, disgusting eggs and the dishes were dirty... The only positive thing about the hotel was the baggage handler (Omar), the security person (Yehya) and also housekeeping lady.
First we checked in which took 3 hours we had to pay extra fees for room breakfast on top of city tax then we book double room with queen bed and beach view they give me room which was not even clean had three twins bed and room doesn’t even look like anything like website u have to pay tip for even thing u paid changed our room 4 times management is sooo bad just waste of money book other hotel instead of this rude staff our flights were cancelled and instead of any help they were laughing at us calling is mr corona
Fabulous suite, waiters very friendly only criticism was the slowness of the checking in proceedure
My overall experience was good even though started off as slightly negative when we got told by staff to wait 30mins for our room as it wasn’t ready however after that one incident I was really pleased with my holiday. The location of the hotel is good it’s near by the Marina and the beach lots of cafe and restaurants to explore. Rooms aren’t that great as the deco looks old however we didn’t mind as we didn’t spend much in our rooms . I would like to thank specially the lifeguard (Hamid) who’s full of joy and always happy to help others and willing to learn English by asking questions. I would also like to thank the two young ladies ( Suad and Nahila) at the reception who always fulfilled my assistance and were happy to help me especially when I couldn’t get a charger. Lastly but not the least (Omar) was also very helpful as he assisted with our luggage and was such a humble guy. I will defo be returning back to Argana soon.
