Great. Would recommend.
Very nice. Brendan and the other front desk staff were very helpful. We attended the NPC and wanted to get an early start. The morning breakfast staff was gracious even though we must have added to the pressure of preparing the morning meal.

Snobby and unfriendly manager.
I wrote an emai to the hotel asking for an early check-in. I received an answer stating that I could check-in at 2:00. Hotels.com confirmed this in their confirmation. When we arrived, Brandon/Brendan said absolutely not, 3:00 was the earliest. I told him I received an email stating 2:00. He replied, "We don't do that." I showed him the email. "Well, "she" shouldn't have done that. Then he gave me the wrong type of room and charged me more than the agreed amount.
