Comfortable and central
This was a central location and the room itself was very comfortable and provided easy access to the station, which is what I wanted. The owner was amazingly helpful but it would have been nice to actually see her (everything is provided for you to check-in). Personally, I prefer dealing with people face-to-face when I first arrive but it will suit a lot of people who have no issues with that.

Small hotel on Comm'l St 10-15 min from Old Naples
Rettifilo 311 is a nice place to stay while in Naples. The host, while not present, was very accommodating (as I was arriving early they made a point to clean my room first, which I really appreciated). The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of Piazza Garibaldi & 5 minutes from a Line 1 metro station (Duomo). Its on a busy shopping street, but the rooms themselves are pretty quiet. The shower was really cool! Be sure to watch the video that they send to WhatsApp to assist your arrival. If you don't, you'll never figure out how to get in off Corso Umberto I. The video makes it very clear.

this is a recently renovated boutique b&b with a very large shared kitchen (very stylish with different types of lighting). it is centrally located and easy to access. Annie, the lady who runs the show, is absolutely wonderful, truly over-the-top, customer service. Couldn't be happier!!!!
