Positives - Great location, great private parking arrangements, zero-waste eco friendly hotel if that’s your thing. Bar/lounge area very nice. Stunning views from our sea view with balcony room. Negatives - General cleanliness of the room on arrival not good enough, especially the bathroom. Mentioned this at reception, was told it would be looked at, heard nothing back. WIFI was poor, unworkable at times. Breakfast was 3 star hotel standard by every parameter. We ate there the first morning and went into Sorrento for breakfast each morning thereafter. A very mixed experience with staff. Observed an uncomfortable exchange between a waiter and guest during breakfast. Let’s just say it wasn’t what you’d expect to see/hear from staff in any hotel. Overall - A disappointing stay, expected better. Value for money just not there.
